Coleridge and Highgate.

In 1817 the poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge came to tea with Highgate’s Doctor Gilman. He stayed 18 years. We explore Highgate and Coleridge's connexions with it. Finishing at his grave in St.Michael's church.
We also touch on other famous poets who lived or worked in the area: Andrew Marvell, T.S.Eliot, A.E.Housman and John "Teacake" Betjeman.
