Handfed 3yr old Congo Grey parrot for sale. Owner is leaving for college and does not have the time needed to take care of bird.Talks very much when he does not get enough attention for the day . Tame and handfed and has never had any plugings .Selling for $250 with cage . Prefer local pick up or buyer pays shipping if needed.
